Terms of use
By using The Disclosure Age you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
The Disclosure Age, run by The Disclosure Age, publishes news and analysis about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), government transparency and related science. It is provided for general information and interest. It is not professional, legal, scientific, financial or safety advice, and nothing here should be relied on as such.
Our reporting, AI and accuracy
- Much of our content is researched and drafted with the help of AI and checked automatically against the cited sources; some is written or edited by people. Our editorial standards explain the process and the evidence labels (documented, reported, disputed, unverified).
- An entry or label means something was reported, released or investigated — not that any account is true. We make no claim that any report involves extraterrestrial technology.
- Despite our checks, errors can happen, and sources can change or be corrected. We provide the site “as is” and don’t guarantee that it’s complete, current or error-free. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we’ll review and correct it visibly.
- Illustrations are not photographs of real events, unless an image is credited to a source.
Links, summaries and third-party content
We link to and summarise material published by others (news outlets, government bodies, researchers). That material belongs to its owners, who are named in our source lists. A link or summary is not an endorsement, and we aren’t responsible for other sites or what they say. If you believe we’ve used your work improperly, contact us and we’ll look into it promptly.
Our content and how you may use it
- The original text, design and code of this site belong to The Disclosure Age or its licensors. You may read it, share links, quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back, and subscribe to our RSS feed.
- Please don’t republish whole articles, remove attribution or AI labels, or present our content as your own without permission. For other uses, ask us.
- Don’t scrape the site in a way that burdens it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation. Automated access should respect
robots.txt.
What you send us
If you send a message or tip through the contact form, you confirm it’s lawful and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to read, store and use it to respond, to investigate and make corrections, and to refer to the substance of a correction on the page concerned. We handle your details as described in our privacy policy. Please don’t send anything classified, confidential or unlawful to possess; we can’t promise confidentiality to tipsters through this form.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or from sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited — such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — or affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change or withdraw parts of the site at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where The Disclosure Age is established, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
